Parallax
Near and far layers move at different speeds to show depth. A landscape pans sideways; near layers move more and far layers move less, creating depth.

How the movement works
Use it to give flat artwork or photos depth: backgrounds, landscapes, scrolling scenes.
- 01Camera pan: ±108 px on a sine wave, one round trip per 4.7 s.
- 02Each layer is offset by pan × factor in the opposite direction. Factors from back to front: stars 0.05, moon 0.1, far ridge 0.28, middle ridge 0.6, front hill and trees 1.25, nearest dark shapes 2.1.
- 03Far layers use darker colours close to the background, nearer layers brighter ones; the nearest layer is a large dark silhouette along the bottom.
- 04Every layer is drawn at least 200 px beyond both sides of the frame so its ends never show.
Prompt
Split this landscape into three layers and scroll them with parallax, nearer layers faster.
